GERRY
BROWN

Gerry
Brown, younger brother of the Irish singer DANA, was born in Deny,
Northern Ireland, a city torn apart by political unrest for over
25 years, but still this talented multi-instrumentalist (playing
piano, mandolin, guitar, and synthesizers) has hope for a brand
new day as heard in his new contemporary release "Songs From
The Heart".
Gerry was 12 years old when he wrote his first song, and 15 he
began working as a studio engineer at Chappells Studios in London.
Since then, Gerry has gone on to become an accomplished studio
musician, session singer and performing artist.
In addition to appearing on EWTN, ITV, BBC and RTE Irish
Television, Gerry has written music for, and appeared on "Say
Yes", "We Are One Body", and "Wake Up Sunday"
(a Children's Network for BBC). He has also appeared on many
television shows including BBC's "Freddie Star Showcase",
"Pebble Mill", "Seaside Special", "The
Entertainer", ITV's "Dana & Guests", "Kelly's
People", "The Road To The Highways", and RTE's
"Live At 3", "Bibi Baskin Dana Special" and
"Live At The Olympia".
Gerry now produces and arranges all material for Heart Beat
Records and the Irish singer DANA, as well as, Susanna, David
Patrick Bryan and EWTN's "Say Yes" and "We Are One
Body" television series. He is also the music producer /
arranger for the video and audio cassette collection of Fr. Milton
Thomas, OSC., and Joan McHugh's spoken word series. Gerry has
travelled extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe with DANA and
has accompanied her on three concerts in the presence of the Holy
Father, one in Paris, 1997 and one in St. Louis, MO, 1999 and at
the World Youth Day 2000 in Rome. He is well received by all and
his new release has been anticipated for some time.

during the Miami Jubilee Celebration and in November of 2000 Gerry
